EETT, through questionnaires, collects data on the Greek postal services market regarding the following issues (Law 4053/2012, articles 13 and 15, Regulation on General Authorizations and Individual Licences, article 10 and Regulation on the procedure for the regular collection of data, specifically article 4):
- Collecting raw data regarding the evolution of the market for the generation of statistical indicators.
- Defining and analysing relevant sub-markets.
- Cooperating and exchanging information with public authorities, the European Commission and National Regulatory Authorities (NRA) of other EU Member States.
- Submitting statistical data about market development to national and international bodies.
- Preparing reports on the development of the market.
- Using data in the context of EETT’s regulatory and supervisory tasks, including its competences as a competition authority.
