The Universal Service (US) comprises a basic level of postal services provided on a permanent basis, at an affordable price and of defined quality, regardless of the geographical location of users. The undertakings active in the particular sector are:

The Hellenic Post (ELTA S.A.) as a Universal Service Provider (USP) until 31.12.2028.
Postal service providers that hold an Individual Licence issued by EETT and offer services similar to those provided by the USP mainly to businesses.
