EETT approves participations in the bidding for the selection of the Universal Service provider in telecommunications

EETT, in accordance with the tender document and after verification of the qualification
criteria, approved the participation in the bidding process for the selection of the provider of
all or individual services of Universal Service in the Greek territory.

Specifically, EETT approved the participation of the following companies:

A. For the service “provision of access at a fixed location and provision of telephone
services”:

Cosmote Mobile Telecommunications SA

Forthnet SA

OTE SA

B. For the service “Telephone directory information service and subscribers’ lists”:

OTE SA

C. For the service “Public pay phones and other access points to public voice telephony”:

OTE SA

Universal Service will commence on 01/01/2017 unless the provider indicates that is ready to
