Public Concentration Notification between the companies Vodafone-Panafon SA – Cyta Hellas
Telecommunications SA

On the 22nd of February 2018, the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) was
notified about the concentration agreement according to which Vodafone-Panafon SA acquires all of
the issued shares of Cyta Hellas Telecommunications S.A. owned by Cyta Cyprus and Digimed
Communications Ltd. The companies participating in the notified concentration, namely Vodafone
Group and Cyta Hellas Telecommunications SΑ, operate in the telecommunications’ sector in the Greek
territory and in general in the electronic communications’ sector as well as in the provision of
pay TV services.
