All rights, including copyright, in the web site and contents of the EETT web pages and downloads are owned by EETT. Users may download printed copies of the material displayed on the web site for personal use only; provided that you maintain all copyright notices and other proprietary notices and comply with all confidentiality obligations hereunder. The images and logos identifying EETT or third parties are proprietary marks of EETT or third parties, and no copy of the above images and logos is permitted without the consent of the relevant copyright owner.Copying or use of our logos or any other third party logos accessed via this web site is not permitted without prior approval from the relevant copyright owner. Modification of the content of the site is not permitted.
  2. The intention of EETT is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information published on this web site. While takes reasonable care to correct any defects, EETT cannot warrant the materials in this web site in terms of the correctness, accuracy, functionality or otherwise. EETT cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to any user arising out of or in connection with the use of this web site or these Terms. EETT may at any time revise the content of this site without notice.

EETT is not responsible for the contents of any linked site and accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered due to reliance on them. We have no control over the availability of these links all of the time and we are not responsible for their security or administration policies.

Once the visitor has given consent, the Matomo Analytics data analysis tool is used to record necessary information about the website traffic and extract relevant statistics, in order to improve the web presence of EETT. The Matomo tool is hosted on an EETT server. The possibility of partial removal of IP addresses has been enabled, replacing each of the six (6) last bytes of the visitor’s IP address with the digit zero (0). In addition, the “Do not Track” option respect function is active in order not to record the user’s browsing behavior when selected in the browser of the user.

    The information collected relates to the browsing of the website, such as the frequency of visits to the pages, keyword searches, the type of browser used and the previous website from which the visit originated. These statistics are not used to identify users, are not used for other purposes and are not shared with third parties, except they can be given to the company that performs the processing on behalf of EETT, solely for the purposes of managing the website.

    In the context of respecting the privacy of visitors, the possibilities they have to exercise any right provided for by the applicable legislation on personal data are highlighted. Users have the option to withdraw their consent at any time, as well as to be informed about the nature of the data collected. It is the right of every visitor to request the complete deletion of their data or to demand transparency in the use of their information.

    In addition, it is noted that the data collected is kept only for the necessary time dictated by the objectives of analysis and improvement of experience on the website. EETT follows strict security procedures for the protection of this data and guarantees that it is not given to third parties, except the company responsible for its processing on EETT’s behalf, and this only for the management and analysis needs of the use of the website.

We have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you (including registration, complaint, feedback, survey forms) and keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it.
