The Network of Economic Regulators (NER) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) promotes dialogue among National Regulatory Authorities (ΝRAs) responsible for electronic communications, energy and transport, with the aim of establishing best regulatory practices. In addition, it addresses issues related to economic regulation, competition, consumer protection and safety in the network sectors.
