ECN is a network of national competition authorities that cooperate with one another to ensure the consistent application of EU competition rules across all Member States, thereby enabling a uniform approach to tackling practices that restrict competition. Within the framework of the implementation and enforcement of the European Union’s (EU) competition policy, the ECN, through consultation and cooperation, contributes to the development and maintenance of a coherent and common competition policy.
