The electronic communications sector appears to be stabilizing despite minor negative fluctuations in key economic figures. Investments plans kept on being implemented with a focus on the development of next-generation networks and 5G infrastructure, while competition among providers remained high, particularly in data services and bundled offers, driven mainly by high-speed broadband access, mobile broadband services, and Pay-TV services.

At the same time, the domestic postal market experienced further growth, with an increase in both revenue and the volume of postal items, particularly parcels, driven by the continued growth of e-commerce.
