In the Code of Conduct for electronic communications, ΕΕΤΤ lays down the specific obligations ofproviders. prior to and during their contractual relationship with consumers for the provision of telephony and Internet services.

Through the Code of Conduct, EETT:

Protects the rights of consumers, by laying down the rules that regulate the provided service.
Guarantees the right of consumers to have access to new services and different providers, based on their personal needs.
