Τhe Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 – DSA) seeks to combat the spread of illegal or harmful content on the Internet and disinformation, while effectively safeguarding the fundamental rights of all Internet users. In this context, it regulates intermediary digital services, such as online platforms selling products or services, social media, and online search engines.
