Submit a complaint about postal services

Before contacting EETT, you should submit a complaint to the postal service provider.

If the issue is not resolved, you can file your complaint with ΕΕΤΤ by filling out the form below. First, you are advised to learn about the responsibilities of EETT.

EETT does not examine anonymous/unsigned or vague/manifestly unfounded complaints.
