Public Consultation regarding the proposed by OTE amendments of the RUO and the RBO

The National Telecommunications and Post Commission is launching a public consultation regarding
the proposed by OTE amendments of the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO) and the Reference Broadband
Offer (RBO) in order to include the provision of the wholesale product Virtual Partial Unbundled
Loop (VPU). The consultation document is available through

The National Telecommunications and Post Commission is seeking the views and comments of
stakeholders on the proposed document. The consultation period is from 9 November to 26 November
2012. The responses should be submitted stating the author’s details and affiliation, in Greek,
both in printed and electronic format, no later than November 26, 2012 at 10:00 Greek time.
Anonymous responses will not be taken into consideration.  The responses will be published
unedited.  In case the responses contain confidential elements, they should be placed in a
special Annex, so that they will not be published.

The public consultation document is not binding on the forthcoming EETT regulatory actions on
this matter.
