Public Consultation on the Open Tender Draft Document for the Project “Spectrum Management Information System”

Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) is launching a public consultation on the
Open Tender Draft Document for the Project “Spectrum Management Information System with Integrated
Platform for Electronic Submission of Requests”. The consultation starts on February 12th 2013 and
ends on March 12th 2013. EETT is seeking views and comments on the proposed document.

The consultation document is available through the EETT web site,
https://www.eett.gr.

The responses should be submitted stating the author’s details and affiliation, in Greek, both
in printed and electronic format, no later than March 12th 2013 at 13:00, Greek time. Anonymous
responses will not be taken into consideration. The responses will be published unedited. In
case that the responses contain confidential elements, they should be placed in a special Annex, so
that they will not be published.

The responses to the public consultation should be marked as follows:

During the public consultation process, explanatory answers will be provided by EETT in response
to interested parties’ questions. These questions should be submitted only through the
