Public Consultation on draft regulation regarding the definition of terms and conditions for the provision of access and interconnection including access to APIs and EPGs

The National Telecommunications and Post Commission is launching a public consultation on
draft regulation regarding the definition of terms and conditions for the provision of
access and interconnection including access to APIs and EPGs according to 46 par. 3, 47
par. 1-3, 48 par. 1-3 and 49 par. 3 of Law 4070/2012.

The National Telecommunications and Post Commission  invite all stakeholders to submit
views and comments on the proposed document. The consultation period begins at February 10th and
ends at March  10th  2014. Responses should clearly state the author’s details and
affiliation and be submitted in Greek or English language, both in printed and electronic format,
no later than March 10th , 2014 at 13:00. Anonymous responses will not be taken into consideration.
 

Responses will be published unedited.  In order for EETT to preserve principle of
confidentiality, you are kindly requested to place any confidential information  in a special
Annex, so that they will not be published.

During the public consultation process, explanatory answers will be provided by EETT in response
to interested parties questions.  These questions should be submitted only through the
electronic mail address  access@eett.gr  and should contain the author’s details and
affiliation.

The public consultation document is not binding on the forthcoming regulatory actions of EETT on
this matter.
