EETT’s Open Internet Regulation published in the Official Journal of the Greek Government

EETT’s Open Internet Regulation was published in the Official Journal of the Greek Government,
no. 242, issue B, 5th of February 2019. The publication in the Official Journal also determines the
transitional periods for the full entry of the Regulation into force, as follows:

Until the 5th of June 2019 for the modification of commercial practices (e.g. differentiated
pricing) to comply with the new requirements, as well as for the update of subscriber contracts
with all required information, except information on speeds or other quality of service
parameters.
Until the 5th of October 2019 for the inclusion of speeds or other quality of service
parameters in subscriber contracts.
