EETT’s 7th International Conference: “Digital Investments for Competitiveness and Recovery” Athens, June 14-15 2012

The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) will host, for the seventh
consecutive year, the well-established International Conference for the electronic communications
market. Focusing on the “Digital Investments for Competitiveness and Recovery”, EETT’s Conference
will be held on June 14-15, 2012, at Dais Cultural Center, in Athens, Greece.

In spite of the current economic adversities and looking forward to the future, this year’s
EETT Conference will focus upon investments in next generation broadband networks as a recovery
tool, as well as on innovative developments and services offered by the new internet economy.
Simultaneously, the leading roles of both the Digital Economy and the Knowledge Society will emerge
towards the development of a sustainable and competitive growth model with economic and social
benefits.

During the conference, distinguished speakers, representatives of investing and banking
institutions, industry executives from leading operators, manufacturers, content and service
providers, senior executives from the European Commission and Regulatory Authorities will discuss
best practices and advanced solutions for the utilization of broadband infrastructure in Greece and
Europe.
