The average days of service for the outgoing international first priority mail, to and from
european countries, was estimated at 2.6 days in 2013, showing a slight improvement compared to
2012, when the corresponding average was 2.7 days. For incoming international mail, the
corresponding average performance days remained at the same level as in 2012, i.e., 3.1 days.
