EETT presents Annual Review on the course of the Greek postal market

A review on the course and prospects of the Greek postal market, based on data for the year
2011 was presented by the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission. This Annual Review was
released just before the liberalization of the Greek postal market on January 1st, 2013 so as to
record trends and inform in detail the market players.

The review presents a brief overview on the efforts towards the liberalization of the postal
market with references to the new postal legislation. Financial information and data that EETT
collected from the licensed postal operators are also included. The analysis of market conditions
records the level of competition and introduces growth ideas and suggestions. Finally, a
comparative overview of the European postal market is cited.
