Approval of the acquisition of HOL by VODAFONE

EETT, with a recent decision and within the context of its competences for the sector of
electronic communications, approved the acquisition of HOL by Vodafone. Following examination of
the notified transaction, EETT concluded that this market development does not restrict competition
in the Greek market for electronic communications.
