Announcing the tender process for the selection of Universal Service provider

EETT, in accordance with the tender document and after the completion of the preselection
process, will conduct on Thursday, September 22, 2016, a multiple round auction of declining price
for the selection of the Universal Service provider who will assume the delivery of “access at a
fixed location and provision of telephone services “in the Greek territory.

EETT has already approved the participation in the auction of the following companies:

• Cosmote Mobile Telecommunications S.A.
• Forthnet S.A.
• OTE S.A.

The provider that will submit the lowest bid, demanding the lowermost compensation for the
delivery of “access at a fixed location and provision of telephone services “in the Greek territory
will be the winner of the auction.

The auction will be held at EETT’s premises.

This Universal Service delivery will commence on January 1, 2017 unless the winner states
that is capable to offer the service at an earlier date.
