Submit a complaint about postal services

Before contacting EETT, you should submit a complaint to the postal services company.

If the issue is not resolved, you can file your complaint with ΕΕΤΤ by filling out the form below. First, you are advised to learn about the responsibilities of EETT.

Important note:

EETT does not examine:

anonymous, unsigned, vague or manifestly unfounded complaints,
complaints that have not been submitted in writing to the company within 6 months from the delivery date of the postal item for processing.
