Public Consultation regarding granting rights of use for radio frequencies in the 3.4-3.8 GHz band

The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (ΕΕΤΤ) within the scope of its purview
according to the Greek Law N.4070/2012, grants rights of use for radio frequencies aiming at the
technically and economically effective and unbiased radiofrequency spectrum usage, the avoidance of
harmful interference and the availability of spectrum to a wide variety of users and applications.
Within this scope, EETT announces the commencement of the Public Consultation with respect to
granting rights of use for radio frequencies for the provision of terrestrial wireless electronic
communication services in the 3.4-3.8 GHz band. This public consultation will last from February
7th, 2013 till March 8th, 2013.
