Public Consultations provide the opportunity for interested parties to express their views on specific issues and measures. They facilitate EETT to develop a comprehensive view on the Electronic Communications and Postal Services markets.
This section presents Public Consultations on Electronic Communications. "Ongoing Public Consultations" are Public Consultations in progress. On the other hand, "Closed Public Consultations" are the expired Public Consultations.
In accordance with the Regulation on the Public Consultation Procedure (ΕΕΤΤ ΑΠ: 375/10/2006), the received responses together with the identity of contributor are published unedited on EETT’s website. Anonymous responses are not taken into consideration. Responses are also provided to interested parties who request copies of the participants' views. In case the responses contain confidential elements, they should be placed in a special Annex, in order not to be published.
In any case, EETT's commitment to maintain confidentiality does not affect its obligation to disclose information necessary for the exercise of its official mission, or in cases this is required under an investigation carried out by Greek or EU authorities.
Participants to EETT’s public consultations have unambiguously given their consent to the publishing of personal data mentioned on their response.
