EETT’s Regulation on co-location and sharing of facilities lays down the terms, conditions and procedures based on which electronic communications providers can install and share equipment.
EETT monitors the compliance of providers with the Regulation on co-location and sharing of facilities and may request liable parties/beneficiaries to submit information. In the event of infringements, EETT may impose penalties. In addition, the parties concerned have the right to appeal to ΕΕΤΤ for the resolution of disputes relating to co-location and sharing of facilities.
