The scope of this tender process is to select a Contractor to provide consultancy services to EETT for the preparation in the following phases of project "Procurement of Satellite Communications Spectrum Monitoring System":
- preliminary and final design,
- drafting of the technical part of the Notice of the Open International Online Tender for Project "Satellite Spectrum Monitoring System",
- response to the Public Consultation questions,
- technical evaluation of tenders bids,
- "design freeze"
The estimated total value of the contract amounts to eighty thousand euros (€80,000) plus the corresponding VAT.
