The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (ΕΕΤΤ), announces the commencement of the public consultation on the liberalization of the use of 900 MHz and 1800 MHz spectrum bands and assignment of the relevant rights of use.
This public consultation will last from January 4th, 2011 till February 4th, 2011. The public
consultation document will be available from:

2. EETT offices, 60 Kifissias Avenue, 151 25 Marousi, Athens, Greece (7th floor), Tel: +30 210 6151000, Fax: +30 210 6105049, during regular working hours.
The responses should be submitted stating the author’s details and affiliation, in Greek or English language, both in printed and electronic format, no later than February 4th 2011 at 12:00 Greek time. Anonymous responses will not be taken into consideration. The responses will be published unedited. In case that the responses contain confidential elements, they should be placed in a special Annex, so that they will not be published.
The responses to the public consultation paper should be marked as follows:

The responses should be submitted in hard copy at the above mentioned address and electronically to the e-mail address: 3G@eett.gr. During the public consultation process, possibly explanatory answers will be provided by EETT in response to interested parties’ questions. These questions should be submitted only through the electronic mail address: 3G@eett.gr and should contain the author’s details and affiliation.
The public consultation document is not binding on the forthcoming EETT regulatory actions on this matter.
