At ΕΕΤΤ we have created the Consumer Service Sector for postal services aiming at:
- processing consumer queries and complaints regarding postal services;
- informing the consumers about postal services issues, such as the options and facilities available;
- adopting measures aiming to improve the terms of provision of postal services.
