The Universal Postal Union-UPU consists of 192 member countries and is the primary forum for cooperation between postal service providers and for the establishment of a common policy. The UPU sets the rules for international mail exchanges and makes recommendations to stimulate growth in mail, parcel and financial services volumes as well as improving the quality of service for customers.
EETT participates in the World Congress which is organized by the UPU every four years as well as in other international meetings.
