The European Commission is responsible for drawing up and implementing a single policy, with the aim of developing the single EU postal market. In this context, it monitors developments in the postal market and prepares studies related to the postal services sector.
EETT works closely with the European Commission and especially with DG GROW (Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs). EETT is member of the Postal Statistics Group where it sends its annual statistics on the Greek market, whereas it also participates in the Postal Directive Committee (PDC), emphasizing on the definition of quality standards for EU cross-border services.
