Before filing a complaint with EETT, you are advised to visit the Information Portal for Antenna Constructions, keraies.eett.gr, where you can look up any antenna construction and find information about the licensing procedure and the relevant legislative framework.
In case your search has not returned any results, you can submit a complaint to ΕΕΤΤ by filling out the complaint form for antenna constructions.
EETT examines complaints and a special team carries out an inspection. Where an infringement of legislation is found, it imposes administrative penalties and informs competent authorities and the complainant.
It is pointed out that the Greek Atomic Energy Commission (EEAE) is the competent authority for issues relating to electromagnetic radiation.
