The use of Short Range Devices is regulated by the Presidential Decree 44/2002 (Official Gazette 44/Α/7-3-2002) "Radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment and the mutual recognition of their conformity. Transposition of the Greek legislation to the Directive 99/5/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 1999", the National Frequency Allocation Table (NFAT) (Official Gazette 99/Β/3-4-2006) and its amendment (Official Gazette 1979/Β/24-9-2008), as well as the related Radio interfaces which are published by ΕΕΤΤ in accordance with PD 44/2002.
