At ΕΕΤΤ we have created the Consumer Service Sector aiming at:

  • processing consumer queries and complaints regarding telecommunications and postal services;
  • informing the consumers about telecommunications and postal services issues, such as the options and facilities available;
  • adopting measures aiming to improve the terms of provision of telecommunication and postal services.
