Session 1: Broadband innovation for economic recovery
This session will address the potential of high-speed broadband infrastructure as a tool to achieve competitiveness and growth. Representatives from banking institutions, investment funds, international manufacturers and carriers will present their views on successful NGA investments.

    The session will focus on spectrum refarming and the emerging dynamics for the audiovisual industry and the mobile broadband ecosystem. Speakers will discuss potential ways to amortize spectrum investments in digital dividend through the transition to terrestrial digital television and the provision of innovative interactive services.
