The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) took action on February 23rd, 2006, in Athens, at the Pikilo Oros location, to cease the operation of three illegal television channels broadcasting obscene content.
 
In the context of this automatic procedure and in the presence of a DA representative and Police forces, the transmitters and antenna systems used for such illegal broadcasting have been confiscated.
 
Such actions are part of a series of systematic actions taken by EETT aiming at fully restoring legality with regard to radio frequency spectrum.
