The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) took action on February 8th, 2006, in Athens, at the Tourkovounia location, to locate and cease the operation of an illegal television station broadcasting obscene content at the VHF-12 channel. 

In the context of the automatic procedure and in the presence of a DA representative and Police forces the entire broadcasting equipment was confiscated. It is noted that the foregoing station caused interference to ΕΤ-1 channel broadcasting.
 
Such actions are part of a series of systematic actions taken by EETT aiming at fully restoring legality with regard to radio frequency spectrum.
