The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) took action yesterday on January 4th, 2006, in Athens, at the Pirovolia location in Egaleo, to locate and cease the operation of an illegal television station broadcasting indecent content at the S-11 channel and of an illegal radio station broadcasting at 95.8 MHz. 

In the context of the automatic procedure and in the presence of a DA representative and Police forces the entire broadcasting equipment was confiscated. EETT had also confiscated the equipment of the foregoing stations on December 8th, 2005, but such stations continued broadcasting using new equipment.
 
Such actions are part of a series of systematic actions taken by EETT aiming at fully restoring legality with regard to radio frequency spectrum.
