   Public Consultation: Analysis of the Wholesale Broadband Access Services Market and Suggested Regulatory Obligations

   
 

             The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) is holding a Public Consultation on the analysis of the wholesale market of broadband access services and the suggested regulatory obligations that need to be imposed on providers with Significant Power in the Market, until January 16th, 2006. The Consultation document is available at EETT’s website (www.eett.gr, Home Page).
 
At the same time the text pertaining to the identification of the foregoing market as this has been reviewed, following the processing of the results of the relevant Consultation published in September 2005 is available at ΕΕΤΤ website (Home Page).
