B. Furthermore, E.E.T.T. has adjusted the Individual Licenses (except those that concern the granting of radiofrequencies), granted according to the old Regime (Law 2867/2000 and the old Individual License Regulation – EETT Decision no 207/2) to the new Regulation on General Authorizations. It is important to note, that according to article 14 par. 3 of the Regulation on General Authorizations all Individual Licenses issued, with the exception of the Individual Licenses that pertain to the allocation of radio frequency bands, are governed exclusively by the General Authorization provisions.
