Administrator Fees
The persons operating under a General Authorization regime shall pay administrative fees proportionate to the cost incurred for the management, control and maintenance of the General Authorizations regime and the rights of use for radio frequencies or/and numbers.
Paragraph I bellow applies for persons who operate under a General Authorization.
In case these persons wish to make use of numbers or radiofrequency bands, they are required to pay additional fees, as described in paragraphs II and III.
I. Administrative Fees for General Authorizations
A. Declaration submission Fees
1. Upon submission of the initial Registration Declaration, a 300-Euro administrative fee shall be paid,
2. Upon submission of any Registration Declaration amending the initial one, if it pertains exclusively to the registration of new services, a 100-Euro administrative fee shall be paid.
3. No fee is due in case of submission of a declaration for ceasing the provision of electronic communication activities
B. Annual Fees
1. All persons operating under a General Authorization regime and providing public communication networks or publicly available electronic communication services shall have to pay an annual administrative fee, calculated as a percentage of the total gross income derived from the provision of public communication networks or publicly available electronic communication services under a General Authorization regime as follows:

For each calendar year, the annual administrative fee, which shall be calculated based on the above Table, shall be paid no later than 30 June of the following calendar year, and no relevant written notification by EETT shall be required. The above annual fees shall also be paid even if the first year of the General Authorization does not coincide with the calendar year.
