Michele Ledger

Michèle is principal consultant with Cullen International, the leading regulatory support service provider in the fields of telecommunications, media and electronic commerce, serving over 100 key market players and public organisations internationally.

She is in charge of the company’s electronic commerce and media services. She is a recognised expert in audiovisual and electronic commerce regulation and has extensive knowledge of the EU and national regulatory landscapes.

Before working for Cullen International, she worked as a researcher at the Centre de Recherche Informatique et Droit at the University of Namur (Belgium) and was a Member of the Brussels Bar.

She has a law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the Univerisity of Kent (UK).

She has taken part in many studies for the European Commission, including on the broadcasting aspects of the electronic communications regulatory framework.
