Nikolaos Koulouris

Mr.
N. Koulouris has graduated from the School of Varvakios
(1979). He holds a BA from the Law School of the National
University of Athens (1984) and a DEA (Droit Processuel)
postgraduate degree from the University of PARIS-II (1987).
In 1992 he was awarded the title of Doctor of Law by the
University PARIS-II; his thesis title was “Independent Administrative
Authorities. A comparative study of the institution between
France and the USA”.
He has been awarded a scholarship by the Institution of State Scholarships (1980) and the European Council (1989). He speaks English and French.
He is a Registered Lawyer in Athens (1986), already by the High Court (1996-), and has been involved in issues of telecommunications and media, on a national and European law level.
He has worked as a scientific collaborator of the Greek National Council for Radio & Television-NCRTV (1992-1993), a Law Consultant at the National Telecommunications Commission-EET (1993-1998), a teaching Professor of the National School of Public Administration (1996-1997), a deputy member of the NCRTV (1997-2002) and a member of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission-ΕΕΤΤ (2003-2005).
He has published a series of scientific articles in Greek and foreign law issues and publications, and he has also participated in scientific congresses in Greece and abroad.
He holds the position of Vice President for Electronic Communications of the ΕΕΤΤ since August 2005.
