Born in Ilion, Athens, on May 25th, 1973.

Studied Physics, in the University of Patra, with further training on Telecommunications in the Training Institute of Munich.

He begun his career in Siemens S.A., in DIP as a Telecommunications Mechanic (Software Engineer) and later on, as an Account manager in the Sales Department of the same company.

On 2002 he begins working for OTEGLOBE S.A., in the department of Global Sales and on 2004 he joins OTE as Key Account Manager in the National Carriers Department.
He is a member of the board of D.E.R.A.( 98,4 -City of Athens radio station)

He has participated in many projects, such as:

• Designing access networks to facilitate needs for the Olympic Games
• New Numbering Plan
• Designing access networks to facilitate needs of farming regions, DLC 1st and 2nd phase.
• Project Manager for a project involving the interconnection of banks through SWIFT.

Founder and acting president of the Cell for Alternative Youth Quests (KEAN) and member of the European Committee for the Volunteer Movement, member of the Committee of 800 NGO for the constitution-Head of all issues concerning L.A.

KEAN stands for the protection of the environment through the use of New Technologies.
As President of KEAN, Stavros Milionis has undertaken several initiatives aiming at educating the public on issues such as radiation of base stations of mobile telephony, pine trees decease and many actions in order to bridge the digital divide.

KEAN is the only organization in Greece which have started the first e-demonstration against the globe overheating.
