She was born in Thessaloniki. She studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science at the University of Thessaloniki, got a Master’s degree from the University State Illinois, USA in Ergomechanics – Ergometry and Marketing – Promotion, PhD from the San Diego University, USA, Organization and Actions Management – Social Policy “Campaigns”.

Master’s thesis in Japan, in International Marketing and Communication, Diploma in Film Direction from Kinorama School.

Mrs. Kyriakides was champion in athletics (track & field) and member of the International Initiative for the Return of the Olympic Games to Greece.

She is member of the Board of 4 International Organizations active in the field of the Rights and Safety of children and member of 2 Organizations for Women’s Rights.
Since 1996 she has been Assessor and Coordinator of European Actions in issues of Consumers’ Information and Protection. She is an active member of two European Committees for Quality and Safety. Consumer Friendly Service/Product Reward-Award CFSPA). Quality Inspector ISO TUV Austria.

Since 1999 she has been President of Ε.ΚΑΤ.Ο., the Greek Consumer Organization. From 2001 until 2006 she was Coordinator of the National Node SAFER INTERNET – Safe Net Home. She is invited to give speeches at international level about the safe navigation of children in the internet. She is a volunteer in environmental and animal organizations. Hobbies: sea sports, swimming, sailing and diving. Since 2007, she has been member of the Action Group for Digital Safety in the Information Society.
