Was born in Athens on 1975. He holds a BEng in Electronics & Computer Control from the Coventry University UK and an MSc in IT for Manufacture from the WMG School of Warwick University.

He has been in the IT arena for almost ten years during which time he has been employed in companies of the automotive, manufacturing, telecoms and electronics sector. He has worked on subjects involving psychoacoustics, Networks and on-line applications (Rover Group, Peugeot Coventry), telemetry, telecoms (Marconi electronics) and IT management.
The last four years he has worked for Lexmark Greece (Infolex S.A.) as the head of the IT Department and in charge of the design and implementation of corporate solutions.

His special interests into wireless networks and large scale community networks started on 2001, whilst he joined the Athens Wireless Metropolitan Network Association on 2004. Since February 2007 he is the President of Athens Wireless Metropolitan Network Association. AWMN is the largest non-profit wireless community network in Greece competing well in terms of members and nodes with the largest grassroot wireless community networks in the world.
